Amp Up Your Christmas Gift List with a Bleeding Control Kit from ProActive Response Group

November is already upon us (we’re still wondering when that happened), and Christmas and the holidays are right around the corner. Dreading Christmas shopping? Don’t give the same gift you give every year (and why is it always a pair of socks?) — change it up this year with ProActive Response Group!

We’ve all been there—scrambling for unique holiday gift ideas, yet somehow, we still end up with the same old predictable options. A pair of warm socks? Cozy, sure. But what if you could give a gift that genuinely helps protect the people you care about? This year, you have the chance to give a gift with real purpose: ProActive Response Group’s Bleeding Control Kits. These kits are designed to make a difference in emergencies, giving recipients the tools they need to respond if an emergency occurs.

Why Choose a Bleeding Control Kit?

When seconds count, having the right tools on hand can make all the difference. ProActive Response Group’s Bleeding Control Kits contain essential items used by medical and emergency professionals to stop severe bleeding, save lives, and provide care in critical situations. But you don’t have to be a medical professional to use these items! With the instruction card included in the kit, you can learn how to utilize these tools in the event of an emergency. These kits go beyond standard first aid; they empower people to handle some of the most severe, life-threatening injuries. And let’s face it: it’s a much more practical gift than another pair of wool socks.

What’s Inside the Bleeding Control Kit?

ProActive Response Group’s Bleeding Control Kit includes:

– C-A-T® Tourniquet: Known for its effectiveness, the C-A-T® Tourniquet is a top choice among emergency responders. This tourniquet is easy to use and vital for stopping life-threatening limb bleeding quickly.

– HyFin® Chest Seal Twin Pack: These chest seals provide crucial aid for anyone experiencing an open chest injury, such as from a puncture wound. The seals keep air from entering the chest cavity.

– NAR S-Rolled Gauze: The two rolls of NAR S-Rolled Gauze allow for easy packing of deep wounds. This gauze is highly absorbent, helping to control bleeding quickly and effectively.

– Emergency Trauma Dressing: This dressing is a must-have for controlling large wounds. Its design applies targeted pressure to the injury, further aiding in blood control.

– Bear Claw Nitrile Gloves: A pair of durable gloves to ensure safety during use, protecting against blood-borne pathogens while allowing full functionality and dexterity.

– Instruction Card: We make it easy to learn how to use each item, even for beginners. The kit’s instruction card provides clear, straightforward directions to help users respond confidently in an emergency.

Each item in the kit serves a purpose: equipping everyday people with tools to act in an emergency while waiting for professional help to arrive. In the event of a severe, life-threatening injury, you have to be your own first responder until medical help arrives.

A Real-Life Example

Anderson school teacher, Clayton Porter, completed Active Shooter Response Training with ProActive Response Group in 2018. The following year, he was at home working on a project with his electric saw when the saw kicked back and sliced open his leg. Using the C-A-T tourniquet in his Bleeding Control Kit, Clayton was able to stop the bleeding until EMS arrived. His training saved his life.

This is just a real example of a real person who was able to make use of ProActive Response Group’s Bleeding Control Kit to save his own life. You could even invest in more than one kit — one for a loved one and one for yourself! (Nothing wrong with buying yourself a little something for the holidays, right?)

Give the Gift That Really Matters This Holiday Season

Imagine the impact of giving this kind of thoughtful, potentially life-saving gift. Not only is it practical, but it’s also empowering — and we believe in empowerment over fear. Rather than the typical gifts that get stuffed in a drawer, a Bleeding Control Kit is something people will keep close at hand, knowing it could one day make a difference in someone’s life. It’s great to keep on hand, in your car — you never knew when you or a loved one might need it!

This Christmas, go beyond the usual holiday offerings and give a gift that stands out. ProActive Response Group’s Bleeding Control Kits are designed to prepare people for the unexpected and bring peace of mind knowing they’re ready to act.
